Approval of $20 million contribution to stadium with no ownership or operational commitment, full taxes payable on stadium and land, with final approval contingent on numerous conditions, including an acceptable new location.
Interested to see how this plays out, whether SSE can work with this commitment and make up the shortfall of $21 million from the minimum ask, and incur additional costs, or if they walk away. Based on the CFL‘s reaction, they think this is still doable.
