The Winnipeg Football Club will take on $85 million of stadium cost in the form of loan repayment to the province. $75 million is to come from the province and $12.5 million from the city’s revenue from selling the old Polo Park stadium site. The remaining $17.5 million is to be split between the city and province. Any federal money is slated for the athletic centre, which was always the case.

This brings the total stadium cost to $190 million. They have to build it though.
