Bonus Classic Video
CFL fan and sometimes contributer to cfldb, cflwatcher, submitted this video after taking a stroll down memory lane last week. He explains this is a video produced and shown on local television in 1988 in Saskatchewan as the 'Riders were attempting to break an eleven year playoff drought. Featuring Mike McGruder, Harry Skipper (my fav), Glen Suitor and Don Narcisse, the video had the desired effect and the 'Riders made the playoffs in 1988, hosting the West Semi-Final. They should have made another video to improve their playoff fortunes as they lost to BC that year. However, this experience did lead the team to their Grey Cup victory in 1989.
