The addition of video reviewable pass interference is called historic. I still think the CFL is rushing this and many changes without testing them first. You don’t make changes to your real games when the effects are unknown.

The board of governors should consider requiring all major changes be tested through one pre-season before it is decided to approve for full use. After some real games are played with the changes, the board can decide whether to implement immediately or defer for another season. The CFL can still be a leader if that is so important and protect the integrity of the game against untested rule changes.
