Player perception isn’t an issue and there is positivity in the fan base and community. I’m not from Ottawa, but when they slapped the city’s name on the team and ran it on a shoestring, you get fan disillusionment. There were other factors, but you can’t put a community’s name on something second rate in every aspect and ask for support. Can’t see that happening this time with the new facilities, ownership and indication that all experiences will be positive and proper.
