Looking at current CFL coaches (assuming Jim Popp is staying in Montreal), 8 of 9 are in their positions 2 years or less. Only Kent Austin and Popp have previous CFL head coaching experience of those eight (with less than 5 seasons between them), and the ninth, John Hufnagel in Calgary, a veteran of six seasons. I sense the new guard is here.
