The Ti-Cats have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to host the team at Alumni Stadium for the 2013 season. Final logistical details need to be worked out in the weeks ahead before a formal commitment is made. Funny how from one announcement/press release the reporting of capacity can be all over the place.
