They want the names of signed on retailers that are unique. When one is unveiled, it, along with the other known parties, are criticized for being “elitist”. Good luck finding that unique retailer to Ottawa with the lowest prices and appeal to all demographics, because what this neighbourhood needs is the missing Wal-Mart-like chain that doesn’t have a presence in Ottawa.
