In an overall $1 billion project, it appears the province, city and feds will pick up roughly 33% of the cost with private parties picking up the majority. But if I read correctly, the province and city contribution goes mostly towards the stadium, meaning the private partners are only contributing towards land development around the new and old sites. Besides the Roughriders, there does not appear to be any private partnership on the stadium. More to be released on Friday.
