I am sure Fiacco and Wall won’t turn down a federal cheque if it arrives in June, so this is a pretty hollow threat of a deadline. If their preferred location is not secured, they will find somewhere else to build it, cheque in hand.
Here’s a thought: maybe Saskatchewan can release the Rough Rider name veto for the $100 million in Ottawa cash?
