If you followed the meeting through twitter (@EmmaatTheSpec) and read all the negativity towards the proposal and Ti-Cats, you would have thought like me there was no way this would pass. But it did, unanimously, once the motion was amended to take out the wording of preferred location for Ivor Wynne.
