  2. Rick, I think the shovels are supposed to be in the ground early 2011, with completion for the franchise to take the field in 2013. The good thing is that's plenty of time to build fan support and a team. Until then there are CFL games on TSN so you can start coveting who you want on Ottawa's roster!
