This story was changing through the day, so nine pages of comments mostly refer to the motion by Councilor Clive Doucet to re-open the design competition. Ottawa council will take until January to review the proposal, and if rejected, they will accept new proposals. It may be a tough sell for the group to get their proposal accepted when other options are only known by rejecting this one.
