If in any period time expires during a play in which a foul occurs the non-offending team may:
NOTE: For the purpose of this rule, an Offside Pass shall not be considered to be a foul. Should the play be terminated by an official's whistle prior to the ball being put into play, the penalty shall be applied and the period extended for another play.
