INSTANT REPLAY

NOT REVIEWABLE PLAYS

These include, but are not limited to:

  • Proper down
  • Status of the clock
  • Penalty calls and their Administration
    • (EXCEPTIONS: a called or non-called Defensive Pass Interference foul and a called or non-called Illegal Participation foul)
  • Forward progress not relating to a first down that is challenged on a 3rd down play or goal line
  • Force outs on pass plays near a sideline
  • Recovery of loose ball in the field of play unless related to a fumble lost and then who recovered it is reviewable

Where a challenge is executed by the offence on a play that is not reviewable, the 20 second clock will not be reset
