The September 2020 release notes for the CFLdb family of sites updates everyone on the additions and improvements made in the past month. Read on for details.

The following changes have been made to CFLdb since the last report:

• Enhancement: Improve Rulebook search results page, fix missing search icon on Rulebook search box.

The following changes have been made to CFLdb Statistics since the last report:

• Data: Added biographical information, primarily high school, for almost 1500 players, plus jersey numbers for 2 player seasons. (Thanks Mark!).
• Data: Provided archived game recap/statistics or statistics links to games from 1999 to 2003 (446 games).
• Data: Related updates (over 3600 updates, additions and deletions this month).
• Bug: Correctly handle more than 2 OT periods in team season scoring by quarter tab.

Along with a few other cosmetic, data, performance, administrative, or infrastructure related bug fixes and enhancements (4 commits this month).

Special acknowledgement to major contributor Mark this month.

Roadmap

The refactoring of the site to handle clubs/teams more appropriately is ongoing and should see the first release in October. If completed, work will proceed with continued refactoring of pages and addition of new information displays.
