Contributions from Mark Estep have raised the following discrepancies. Anyone who can research and determine agreement on final roster state or jersey number will be appreciated. What seem like small corrections will help the CFLdb Statistics record be the most accurate it can be.
Jersey numbers are never absolute. One source (be a game program, season listing, or team photo) only indicates the jersey worn on one day (and perhaps not during a game), and multiple jerseys could be worn in a season. While this isn’t the norm, we have to be aware that players change jerseys during the season and between seasons, and don’t wear the same jersey for their whole career. So jersey numbers are presented as best effort based on some fact, but errors or omissions may occur. If you have corrections to any jersey numbers listed for players or jersey number additions for players listed without numbers, please send them along.
All discrepancies and information below is identified and reported by Mark Estep.
Ken Annan not listed in CPFE, CFL provided roster lists as 2 GP.
Rudy Manorek not listed in CPFE, CFL provided roster lists as 4 GP. (Rudy Manorek is listed on Hamilton’s 1945 roster as well [CPFE only covers 1946-2012]).

Johnny Hammond – Mark Estep believes may have worn jersey #18, need confirmation.

Duane Wood – listed as HB, Mark Estep believes was DB. Did he also wear jersey #20? Need confirmation of position and jersey.

Joe Colvey – Mark Estep reports Alouettes website lists as #56, but that is a odd number for a running back. Looking for confirmation.
Butch Romano is listed as #53 for both 1977 and 1978 seasons on Ti-Cats website, but in the 1977 team photo, Romano is wearing #71. Confirmation needed of game worn number(s) for Romano in 1977.

Gary Wilkerson and Rico Cartwright – Mark Estep has both as jersey #20. Both played cornerback/defensive back, Wilkerson with 11 games played and Cartwright with 7 games played (totals 18), but Mark would like to highlight the possibility of a different jersey worn by either if they played in the same game.
