When it is announced, even with 100% private money, it appears they will have a fight on their hands. Like in any city, I expect this to take years.

Will the plan include a stadium, either in the same location or elsewhere in the city, when released? The hints seem to indicate something more than an arena, though it will be interesting to see how they accomplish both in the downtown. Hard to imagine a stadium being left out when the arena is 32 years old and the stadium 55. We find out soon.
