Mayor Pat Fiacco “stressed the facility won’t be ‘a dome,’ noting it could be open, covered or feature a retractable roof, but that remains to be seen.”
So covered or retractable roof does not equal dome, because it won't be a dome.

Announced today, tickets for the 99th Grey Cup will go on sale to the general public June 21, 10:00 AM PT. Remember, they were sold out in Edmonton in seven days last year.

The Times & Transcript runs down the options for getting Touchdown Atlantic tickets tomorrow. The best advice – sign up for a CFL Field Pass now to be eligible for pre-sale tickets on Tuesday. Like last year, it is expected there won't be many tickets available when they go on sale to the general public Wednesday.
