More Private Money Needed for Hamilton Stadium

This is where the Hamilton business community, Bob Young, and developers need to come forward with a plan on what they can offer to top off this site plan. There won't be cash for nothing, however. Expect some concessions to allow the private interests to earn a return on their investment.
