Gazette Reports on CBA Negotiations

This is about the potential for revenue increases in many cities with stadium changes and an increased television contract and owners not wanting to commit 56% of those revenues to player salaries. They would rather keep it all themselves to make up for past losses. Today's 6pm hour on Prime Time Sports with guests Herb Zurkowsky and Ed Tait had much on the topic as well.
As Regina's Rob Vanstone says, any stoppage would be bad for business for a league still on the rebound.
