Second Stadium Proposal for Regina

The only way to get support for your unsolicited stadium proposal is to make it three times as big. Unfortunately, with no explanation of how it will be funded and tying its construction to the purchase of government owned casinos, this proposal has no chance to compete with the government backed one.
