Asper Pitches Another Stadium Plan

Besides the new location at the University of Manitoba, Asper ups his contribution to $100 million while requiring only $35 million from the federal and provincial governments combined. I don't expect any commitment or promise from any party during the election, so Winnipeg may have to wait to see if the third time is the charm.
