Portraying a lack of agreement between the CFL and NFL as a fight between the leagues seems extreme. The support for the CFL in the NFL front office and owners has many factions. It may have shifted from the Tagliabu commissioner days, but there are still groups who want to stay within their own borders for their own reasons.
