RULE 9 — INTERFERENCE

SECTION 3 — INTERFERENCE AFTER GAINING POSSESSION WITHOUT SCRIMMAGE

Interference from Dead Line to Dead Line shall be permitted for the team gaining possession of the ball without scrimmaging it, provided that that such interference shall be restricted to contact above the waist of the opponent.

PENALTY: L10 PBH
